Kai turned a month old yesterday. He's gained over two pounds and has grown two inches. His little cheeks are getting chubbier and he's able to lock eyes with us now for a few seconds at a time. He's slowly starting to sleep more at night but every once in a while likes to throw an all nighter in there for good measure.

Kai marked his second week in the world by declaring he no longer likes sleeping at night.

However, his daytime sleeping like an angel acts are Oscar worthy.

It's amazing how much he changes from day to day. Although he sleeps a lot, he's beginning to be able to focus his eyes more and stay awake a bit longer each day.
