| After a very lengthy debate it was decided: Kai would be going to a Japanese kindergarten. Here he is on his first day of school. To say he was excited would be a vast understatement. |

| He's required to wear the coat and hat every day but is allowed to wear his own clothes underneath, except when they have special occasions (as was his first day) then the kids all wear the same navy shorts and white tops. |
